Alan Liu

Alan is an accredited executive coach (International Coaching Federation), where he is fortunate to be in a position to help as many people as possible - personally and professionally. He believes he has been given the opportunity to help people daily: customers to grow their businesses and solve their problems, colleagues to feel supported and challenged, friends and strangers to remove the obstacles to achieve their full potential.

His unique ability to identify common patterns while generating new awareness and reinvention leaves clients with the ability to make stronger choices, clearer decisions and powerful steps toward desired outcomes.

Alan was inspired to become a Leadership Coach through his work as a transformative corporate professional who has experience working for various companies across technology and digital platforms. Alan has worked across various industries from technology, payments, consumer products, travel & transportation, media and entertainment, and health technology across diverse organizational landscapes ranging from a Series A start-up, hypergrowth pre-IPO start-up to private equity-owned and Fortune 1000 global multinational firms.

Alan began his career in Wall Street including: Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley before transitioning into operating companies. Alan holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey School of Business) and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

When not traveling domestically and internationally for workshops and coaching he lives in Toronto Canada with his wife Audrey and has two teenage sons.
